Federal investigators person been deployed to Alberta pursuing a deadly chopper clang Sunday day westbound of the metropolis of Red Deer. 

In a statement, RCMP said the sole passenger, a 54-year-old woman, died of her injuries. 

The aviator of the aircraft, a 63-year-old antheral from Lacombe County, was taken by STARS to infirmary successful a life-threatening condition.

Sylvan Lake RCMP said officers were dispatched to the country of the clang adjacent a backstage landing portion successful Lacombe County successful cardinal Alberta astir 12:30 p.m.
