A pistillate faces several charges, including attempted murder, aft she allegedly pushed a kid disconnected a condo balcony downtown, Toronto police say.
Police were called connected Monday aft a young kid was recovered connected the crushed adjacent a condo gathering successful the Front Street W. and Spadina Avenue area, a constabulary spokesperson said successful an email connected Wednesday.
The kid suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, constabulary said. They did not supply the child's age.
Police allege that the kid fell to the crushed aft being pushed.
The woman, 33, of Toronto, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, administering a noxious happening with the intent to endanger life, and a genitor not providing the necessaries of life, endangering life.
She was scheduled to look successful tribunal connected Tuesday.
