Windsor police officer pleads guilty to harassment, indecent communications

A Windsor constabulary serviceman accused of making harassing telephone calls to a workfellow pleaded guilty in Windsor tribunal connected Wednesday. 

Const. Joshua Smith was successful tribunal connected a harassment charge, arsenic good arsenic 1 for indecent communications, stemming from incidents successful September 2023.
