A capsized semi-trailer partially closed a conception of westbound Highway 1 adjacent Portage la Prairie connected Monday.

Around 11:45 a.m. Portage la Prairie RCMP were connected country astatine westbound Highway 1 and Road 42 West, wherever the upwind had blown implicit a semi-trailer arsenic it was being towed, constabulary confirmed successful an email to CBC.  

Winds were gusting up to 57 km/h astir that time, according to upwind reports from Environment and Climate Change Canada.

The road was partially closed to the close of the semi-trailer. 

No injuries were reported, constabulary said.
