WestJet says it nary longer plans to usage the impermanent overseas idiosyncratic (TFW) programme to prosecute captains for its determination Encore airline, a determination welcomed by the union.
In an email to CBC News, a spokesperson for WestJet said the determination was owed to "economic uncertainty."
