Border agents seized much than 150 kilograms (330 pounds) of cocaine bound for Canada near the Ambassador Bridge connected Tuesday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection says.

Customs officers successful Detroit intercepted 153 kilograms (339 pounds) of cocaine aft a Canada-bound commercialized motortruck was "selected for examination" earlier crossing the border, the bureau said successful a property merchandise Wednesday. 

"[A] subsequent carnal inspection conducted by officers revealed bricks of a achromatic powdery substance concealed wrong 2 duffel bags and 4 moving boxes," CBP said. "The illicit cargo was confirmed to beryllium cocaine done consequent testing."

Officials accidental the truck, trailer and cocaine were each seized. The lawsuit remains nether investigation. 

CBP did not instantly respond to a petition for further information.
