Parts of the Greater Toronto Area could spot toonie-sized hail, beardown winds and dense rainfall connected Saturday, according to a informing issued by Environment Canada. 

The upwind bureau has enactment the pursuing areas nether a terrible thunderstorm warning: Newmarket, Georgina, bluish York Region, Uxbridge, Beaverton and bluish Durham Region. 

A clump of terrible thunderstorms located adjacent Georgina, Ont., is moving northeast astatine 40 km/hr, the informing said. 

"Heavy rainfall whitethorn origin flash flooding and important reductions to visibility. Large hail whitethorn origin important harm and injury," Environment Canada said. 

People are advised to instrumentality screen instantly if a thunderstorm approaches. Those who are extracurricular are cautioned to support themselves from flying debris and hail, Environment Canada said.
