RCMP said the teen lad was hiking with two friends connected Monday evening when helium "disappeared" disconnected a 60-metre cliff connected Bastion Mountain, northbound of Salmon Arm successful B.C.'s Shuswap region. Police said helium was walking up of his friends when he slipped and fell. 

The begetter of 1 of the different hikers recovered the boy, who was not responsive, at the bottommost of the cliff, constabulary said Tuesday. A section hunt and rescue squad rappelled down to the lad and confirmed helium had died. 

The B.C. Coroners Service is investigating, according to the RCMP.
