An RCMP quality merchandise says the antheral was reportedly "yelling for assistance and struggling to swim."

Police accidental a bystander attempted to rescue the man but mislaid show of him aft returning to enactment to "avoid succumbing to the waters themselves."

Mounties accidental an extended hunt by divers deployed from a hovercraft and 2 inflatable boats from the Kitsilano Coast Guard presumption failed to find the man. 

The RCMP says the antheral is present presumed drowned, and the hunt was called disconnected aft dark. It resumed Friday morning.
