Nova Scotia RCMP person closed the publication connected a firearms theft past summertime with the betterment of 4 guns adjacent a schoolhouse successful Whycocomagh, N.S.
In a merchandise Tuesday morning, constabulary said the 4 firearms were located connected the crushed past Thursday. They were rusty and covered successful grass. RCMP person linked the weapons to a break-in in Whycocomagh last year.
Just earlier midnight connected June 26, 2024, constabulary responded to an alarm astatine a concern connected Highway 105. They determined that aggregate firearms had been stolen from the business.
Police searched the country and recovered 5 guns and a quantity of ammunition. At the time, it was believed 4 firearms were missing.
Four days later, RCMP arrested and charged a 19-year-old and a 14-year-old with breaking and entering and weapons offences.
