On Dec. 15, Ste. Rose RCMP responded to a study of a shooting connected Highway 278, eastbound of Dauphin, Man.
When officials arrived, they recovered a 34-year-old antheral lying beside a truck. He was taken to a infirmary successful Dauphin but died of his injuries.
Cyril St. Paul, 53, was charged with manslaughter 3 days later.
On Monday, Manitoba RCMP large transgression services upgraded his complaint to second-degree murder.
St. Paul inactive remains successful custody, constabulary said successful a quality release.
