Elections Ontario says it has completed its recount successful the riding of Mushkegowuk-James Bay.

But the bureau says it won't beryllium releasing the authoritative results for a fewer days, successful lawsuit determination is an appeal.

However, the run squad for Progressive Conservative campaigner Dave Plourde says the recount confirmed they mislaid to New Democrat Guy Bourgouin, and don't program connected filing an appeal.

After the Feb. 28 ballot successful the acold northbound riding, Bourgouin— who has held the spot since it was created successful 2017— was up by 8 votes. 

The riding, which includes the towns of Kapuskasing and Hearst, is the smallest successful Ontario with conscionable 18,755 voters, lone 42 per cent of whom formed a ballot successful this caller provincial election.
