A head-on clang connected Highway 8 northbound of Winnipeg claimed the beingness of a 36-year-old antheral connected Tuesday.

RCMP accidental a ample motortruck was heading south erstwhile a northbound car suddenly veered into its way around 11 a.m., just northbound of Bay Road successful the agrarian municipality of St. Andrews.

Emergency crews recovered the motortruck connected its broadside successful the westbound ditch and the car in the mediate of the highway, which was unopen down to traffic.

The 36-year-old man, from Winnipeg, was pronounced dormant connected scene. He was the sole occupant of the car.

The 67-year-old antheral driving the truck, from St-Pierre-Jolys, was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The road re-opened around 3:40 p.m. pursuing an introspection of the country by RCMP.

No different accusation has been released by police.
