CBC News is projecting that Liberals person been elected in both Cape Breton ridings.
Incumbent Mike Kelloway has been projected to triumph successful Sydney-Glace Bay and Jaime Battiste successful Cape Breton-Canso-Antigonish.
This is Kelloway's 3rd national election. He was antecedently elected arsenic the MP for Cape Breton-Canso in 2019 and again successful 2021.
Battiste, a subordinate of Eskasoni First Nation, was antecedently elected arsenic the MP for Sydney-Victoria successful 2019 and again successful 2021.
The electoral boundaries successful Cape Breton were redrawn anterior to this election.
