Transcona Coun. Russ Wyatt has asked a tribunal to quash a Winnipeg metropolis assembly reprimand against him and bid assembly to apologize.
Wyatt is seeking a judicial reappraisal of a Jan. 30 metropolis assembly ballot to reprimand Wyatt for refusing to apologize for comments helium made successful 2023 about former Winnipeg main administrative serviceman Michael Jack.
