City council in Winnipeg mourns death of Coun. Jason Schreyer

City council is mourning the loss of Coun. Jason Schreyer, who represented the Winnipeg ward of Elmwood-East Kildonan.

Council announced Schreyer's death in a connection Wednesday morning.
