A antheral accused of killing another inmate astatine the Brandon Correctional Centre successful December is acceptable to look successful a Manitoba tribunal Tuesday connected a first-degree execution charge.
On Dec. 29, constabulary successful Brandon received a telephone from the medium-security facility, reporting that an inmate had been assaulted.
The unfortunate was repeatedly punched and kicked by his 27-year-old cellmate, constabulary allege.
The 23-year-old was taken to infirmary and died of his injuries.
