Boy, 16, charged with 2nd-degree murder in 2024 fatal shooting in northern Manitoba

RCMP announced connected Tuesday that the boy, who is from Chemawawin Cree Nation, was re-arrested and charged with the caller offence arsenic portion of the ongoing investigation.
